In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, Vero Linens will provide a complete refund on all items. Returns must also be made within the 30-day period after the merchandise was received. In order to complete the return process, just follow these policy rules:
- Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging
- Include your name or copy of the packing slip, along with order number
- Improper return of items may disqualify them for refund

- Full purchase price will be credited to items that meet all return policy requirements
