In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, Vero Linens will provide a complete refund on all items. Returns must also be made within the 30-day period after the merchandise was received. In order to complete the return process, just follow these policy rules:
- All orders are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items must be unused and unwashed to be accepted as a return
- Return shipping costs, import duties, and tariffs are non-refundable.
- Custom-made – custom-sized items are not refundable.
- All returns must be made via a trackable/traceable shipment. We are not responsible for shipments that are not trackable, damaged, or lost by the shipping company you select.
- Please inclued a copy of your order or packing list in your return.
Upon receiving any returned items, Vero Linens has the right to conduct a thorough inspection and will return any items deemed unacceptable for return. Here are some other important factors to know when returning an item:
- Be sure to keep a copy of receipts for your own personal records
- Properly returned items are credited in the same payment method that was used during the original purchase
- Full purchase price will be credited to items that meet all return policy requirements
