We found Steve on YouTube, explaining and comparing Vero to high-end chain retailer sheets. We needed a new flat sheet, and ordered one from Vero to see for ourselves. We notice immediately after taking it out of the package the quality, and softness, before it has even been washed yet. (Also, it is huge, even for a King) Sleeping with it is a dream, and a noticeably large step above “high-end” sheets we have bought in the past. Now we cannot wait to complete the Diamante set. Also, the customer service is quite impressive. We now have a “Linens Guy”.

First, our new Oliva Percale sheets are just the right coolness and softness for warm summer evenings. And they continue to get softer with each washing. I highly recommend if you are wanting that crisp yet soft feel.
Second, we use our split California King Reverie Bed and Mattress with a regular Cal-King mattress pad. The Vero Linen Cal-King fitted sheet with it's depth and extra size allows my husband to have his mattress in a gravity position while my mattress is flat. The fitted sheet allows the flexibility and stays tucked under the mattress on all sides. Solving this problem of not needing separate XL twin sheets on each mattress has been a game changer - both in comfort and convenience. Thank goodness for generous sizing of these sheets.

We own both the medium weight and now the summer weight down comforters. Living in the Bay Area of California, the summer weight should work best for us from May through October. The medium weight is perfect for those colder winter nights. I like having the option. The cats prefer to sink into the winter comforter when I fold it back into thirds, they love to sink deep down into it!

This is the first time I have purchased a percale sheet. I was comparing Vero’s sheets to a popular department store set that was sateen and around 800 thread count. I was comparing price points vs fabric. The store’s set felt softer. At Steve’s (owner - Vero) suggestion, I washed the store sheets. Low and behold they were scratchy afterwards. I was floored. Luckily I was able to return theirs.

I will say this about percale. It is not as soft as sateen from the start. It softens after the first wash and will continue to get softer after more washes and use. It’s like a really nice high end dress shirt (the iron kind). It is also more see through than sateen because it is thinner and more breathable.

The quality seems excellent, but I don’t have other percale sheets to compare it to. I should have also bought Vero’s sateen set to compare it to because sateen would have probably fit me better (I like more opaque sheets).

You suggested the down blanket and we just love it. It keeps us warm and is very lightweight and easy to handle. I'm glad you suggested it, because I did not have anything else in mind. It is great and I would recommend to anyone that they try the blanket if they are looking for something other than a comforter.

Actually received the Lightweight Baffle Box comforter in error. Called and within 3 hours received a call from Steve, apologizing for the error. Told me to try the lightweight and if I did not like he would send a return label and send the heavyweight. Well I am glad I tried the lightweight. You know it is there but not heavy on you. Warm as can be and I love it. It fluffs up and I have had other comforters but this is the best!

Thanks! Funny story my mother is joining us for 6 weeks to have her knee fixed and to make her more comfortable i purchased the Righetta set however since she is not arriving for some time I decided to try them out vs. the others. I have to say these are my favorite sheet set yet. I was using the Olivia fitted with the Diamante top (Diamante fitted still in packaging) and that was great but the sateen on sateen is just sooooo right! Two side notes, the towels are the best and with every wash they are breaking in better. The compartment pillows are very nice too, just the perfect amount of fill for both sleeping and relaxing. So the funny thing is i just purchased the Ava set and i think those will go to my moms room as i am not giving up the Righetta set.

For me i really like information on what i am buying and were it is made. It helps to make decisions that much more deserving. Yes i visited many sheet websites and read great and bad reviews but when you dig deep as a buyer and look for the details they are not always there and that's a done deal for me. What are they hiding? With your videos and website i feel well informed and for that you earned my business and hopefully that of my friends and family.

No 5 Star because sheets are new and i can’t say how long they will last. Without question these are great sheets. We recently moved from the NE down Sunny Fl and sleeping is a whole different ball game. Gone are the cold nights snuggling under layers of cotton and wool greatness. We now find ourselves hot/cold sweating/chilly air conditioning takes time to get used to. To celebrate our anniversary, we got a new bed/mattress and linens and we wanted greatness! These sheets have made sleeping very enjoyable again. My wife can curl up add layers of blankets if need and just sleep well. Me on the other hand I can layer multiple top sheets and drift off into sleep nirvana. When you sleep in sheets and they make you smile every night you know you have hit gold. Well done Steve! Quite by accident I came across your videos while researching down comforters; they were very informative. I would recommend people to watch them to further their understanding of the choices available in down comforters. I researched for a couple of months but always came back to this comforter. I was hesitant to spend this much on a comforter but my 20-year-old needed to be retired. I will admit that I have gotten the best sleep these last few weeks under this comforter than I have gotten in years. It is warm enough for Colorado winters, when my heat is turned down to 62 at night. I heartily recommend this comforter, I just may have to purchase a summer weight one too.

We absolutely love the pillows and comforter! My pillow is the 100% down one and my heads is cradled just perfectly; I have several disc in my neck that are bulging and this pillow fits the bill for my type of keeping on my back or side just right. My husband is a back and side sleeper, but much larger than me and he prefers a pillow with a little more support. This pillow having the extra support in the center, then the down all around it gives him the chance to experience the yummy feeling of a cushioned pillow, with the support he needs! The comforter is like a dream. My Mom and Dad had a down comforter that I loved and I purchased one. I say my relationship with that comforter is 'love- hate", because it feels so lovely, but then..it's too heavy and makes my feet feel like they're being pulled downward..ugh (not your comforter)! Watching your short videos proved much help for us in our decision buying. You provided us the perfect information to make educated buys! We will be back for more of your products!

As I advance into my dotage I have decided that I should pay more attention to my sleeping arrangements. It never occurred to me that the bed and sleep were any more than an inconvenience I had to put up with in the course of my day. No longer was I satisfied with just any mattress so I went out on a mission and found one that was actually comfortable for me. Next were the linens and coverings. This was more challenging since I had purchased my linens from big box stores I had no idea what was out there. I began studying the subject more intently. During my investigation, I came upon Steve and Vero Linens. I was held spellbound by the informational snippets found on You Tube which opened a whole new world to me. I soon ordered a set of sheets and like Steve said, they were wonderful. I could tell the difference! I learned to launder them correctly and they continue to improve with age. I then waited awhile and this winter decided my old bones needed something more than a twenty-year-old comforter and some equally ancient blankets. I again researched and there was Steve once again unlocking the mysteries of buying down comforters. I ordered one and couldn't wait to try it out. Once again Steve knew what he was talking about. Getting into bed under those wonderful sheets and this luxurious comforter was like reentering the womb!! Almost like being suspended in air. The only thing missing were pillows. I didn't waste time, I immediately sought out Steve and purchased two pillows. If you've never had a down pillow you're missing out! Just enhances the other facets of the sleeping experience. Now I spend my evening looking at the clock, just counting down the minutes til I can justify going to bed. In the morning I don't look at the clock because I don't want to be made to feel like I have to leave this haven of comfort and delight. The only down side to this experience is that Steve gets in your head. I can't do anything with my linens but his appropriate vignette pops up in my mind’s eye telling me what to do. Small price to pay I suppose for making this part of my life that much more enjoyable. :)

Love my sheets! Just wanted to leave a comment that I love my Olivia percale sheets. Was not sure on first touch if they were anything special, but on taking them out of the package, I could really see and feel the difference between them and some 300 thread count Egyptian cotton pillow cases I bought elsewhere. It is so nice to have a place to go where you really know what you are getting; it was very frustrating and confusing shopping around for sheets elsewhere. The lavender linen spray is very nice as well- not too strong of a scent, but very pleasant.

Steve, we love that these sheets are made, as my grandfather would say, in the Old Country! After almost thirty years of marriage, we know how much a great night's sleep depends upon the quality of the bed linens. We've only had our Righetta sheets for a few days, and they have trumped and replaced a 650 thread-count former set. They are not thick, not thin--just something indescribably luscious about the way they surround your slumber. I know they will only improve in texture with each additional washing.

The feel of the cotton is second to nothing I have ever slept in or touched. I have slept better in the last 7 days than I can ever remember. I fall asleep almost instantly, to the point where I don’t even think about falling asleep the next thing I know it’s morning time and I am well rested for the work day ahead of me. Granted, I do have my nights where I will wake up for a moment and turn a few times before falling asleep but this is minute compared to my nights prior to your linens.

I genuinely feel like these linens are changing my life for the better. Comfortable is an understatement for the down comforter/duvet cover combination. The pillows and pillow cases are phenomenal. I am a very happy customer and glad to have paid the steep (in my opinion, even with your lower prices compared to your competitors) price for high quality bedding.

I have had neck surgery in the past and have been unable to find pillow that were comfortable. I have purchased them from Macy’s & Bed Bath & Beyond. Nothing worked. Just bought a full set of Olivia sheets and pillows from Vero. Their sheets and pillows are the finest. Sheets are something many people, particularly men, forget about but they can add that little added comfort that will impress your partner. I HIGHLY recommend their products.

I received the Olivia sheet set yesterday along with the linen wash (love the smell of your linen wash). Immediately washed them and put them on the bed. Awesome! crisp and comfortable. Way too beautiful to hide these in the bedroom ... Am thinking these silky-soft, elegant linens should be worn and not just tucked away underneath a blanket or comforter. Yes, they are THAT impressive. If only I had a sewing machine and knew what to do with it!

just got my fitted sheet and pillowcases about a month or so ago and I am looking forward to slowly building my linen set with Vero. I'm still using an old flat sheet and sleeping under the old flat sheet and over the Vero fitted sheet, the difference is obvious, the Vero sheet is much softer and silkier than my old sets. It is doubtful that that I will consider anything else in the future.

“I have always been very picky about my bed sheets. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to relax after a hard day (in hot Texas weather) and have your bed sheets feel like sticky newspaper.

Three things that set Vero apart.

1. If you are used to buying decent sheets from Target, Macy’s or Bed Bath and Beyond these sheets will be by far the most comfortable sheets you have ever slept on. They are simply in a league of their own.

2. The price for this quality. If you look on here and think, wow, spending over $300 on a set of sheets. Believe me, they are worth it and for this kind of quality they should probably be north of a thousand.

3. The customer service is second to none. I had all my questions personally answered by Steve, the owner, throughout the entire process. From samples to ordering to colors to style, Steve was right there making sure I got the answers I needed in a timely manner.

To summarize. If you are thinking about pulling the trigger on luxury sheets but aren’t quite sure you will be able to tell that much of a difference, stop thinking and do it, you won’t regret it. And buy Vero because you won’t find anything of this quality in this price range.

“Why in the heck is this straight guy (me) bragging about his bed sheets? Because they are absolutely the most amazingly comfortable sheets I’ve ever used. Sleeping on these sheets is sooooooo relaxing. Plus, it makes my wife a lot more interested if you know what I mean.
