Shipping Information
Method
All orders over $100.00 USF are shipped FREE via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Expedited or International orders shipping services are calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Contact us if you want your order shipped to an APO/FPO address. Unless waived by the purchaser, a signature for the delivery receipt is required. If you waive signature requirements, Vero Linens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Timing
Most orders of "in stock" items are shipped within 2 business days. If an item is listed with a lead time, instead of "in stock", this lead time indicates the approximate amount of time (in business days) before your order will be shipped. Shipping transit time is in addition to the lead time listed.
Lead Times
When items are not in stock, we make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our lead time estimates, but please keep in mind that these are estimates based on current information. Sometimes items end up taking longer, in these situations we will keep you updated via email. Also, sometimes items come in early in which case we ship them out as soon as they are available.
Return & Refund Policy
- All orders are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items must be unused and unwashed to be accepted as a return
- Return shipping costs, import duties, and tariffs are non-refundable.
- Custom-made – custom-sized items are not refundable.
- All returns must be made via a trackable/traceable shipment. We are not responsible for shipments that are not trackable, damaged, or lost by the shipping company you select.
